EnerVision, Inc. (EnerVision) was contracted by the City of Memphis to conduct an independent assessment of Memphis Light, Gas & Water’s (MLGW) Power Supply Request for Proposals (RFP) process.
The goals included:
1. Validate or rebut the executed RFP process,
2. Assess the results and recommendations resulting from the RFP process, and
3. Identify other relevant considerations.
